Gloria A. Dodd, President

Gloria is the owner, President and CEO of Charter Management Corporation. She is one of the original partners. She started her property managemnt career at The Barness Organization in the accounting/financial department. It was through her experience in selling a personal property and her collaboration with the Penn's Grant Corp, who was building commercial condominiums, that she discovered the need for a comprehensive property management company in the Doylestown area.

She is actively involved in the day- to- day responsibilities and activities of CMC. Her strong background and experience in finance make her uniquely qualified to assist you in the decisions that need to be made for your investment property.
